Nearly 100% or our revenues come from added value, i.e. the sale of our own intellectual property and services. In an IT market with a multitude of players, we have remained and will remain competitive only by providing our customers with something unique, making use of major intellectual capacities and innovative capabilities. Keeping abreast with the rapid development of technology, we consider ourselves capable of always looking a step ahead of our competitors. Our own competitiveness depends of how competitive we can make our customers.
In designing our custom-built systems, we aim at sustainable solutions that enable prompt and cost-effective accommodation of changes in business processes. We seek to build long-term relationships based on mutual benefits – we have been continuously engaged by our largest customers to develop systems of strategic importance for 10 to 20 years.
A significant part of our revenues is spent on research and development, so that we can create products and introduce services that are unique in the world market. Our high level of innovative capability is ensured by the continuous professional development, motivation and satisfaction of our team. We fulfil our aims by continuously following new developments, keeping ourselves up-to-date on technical literature, and involving excelling university students in our projects.
In light of the above, it is obvious that our key value is the knowledge of our team. We take special care to create a workplace with a good infrastructure and the right attitudes, as a result of which our company has seen virtually no fluctuation, only a slow but steady growth.
